Suggestion
The Stationary Sources should have their own chart similar to the community emissions chart. Additionally there should be another chart comparing the stationary sources and the community emissions. I understand the county may not have any mechanisms to make changes with the stationary sources. However, this plan and effort is an educational opportunity for the public. Visual graphics like charts are very helpful for public understanding of information.
