What are people in Monterey County doing to further environmental sustainability and climate resilience?

There are two dozen people taking the UC Climate Stewards class through the PG Museum of Natural History. I'm currently taking it.
As an executive coach I work with senior leaders and their teams to address climate change and environmental sustainability. Personally, I have solar panels on my roof and I am actively engaged in reducing my own carbon footprint by changing my behavior. In addition, I am running a workshop in collaboration with The Pearl Works co-working space in Monterey to educate and tap into people's intrinsic motivations to act on climate change. We have a leadership crisis and I am actively working to address that.
